In this type of contracts, Manufacturing Companies and OEM companies approach Sarvatantra DeviceAMC Pvt. Ltd. Company to serve them in geographical areas of Indian territories where they have sold their equipment’s and devices and where they want to ensure that for the period of warranty and guarantee they wanrt their device to be serviced. supported or maintained by Sarvatantra DeviceAMC Pvt. Ltd. Company. They in such agreements, also entrust to provide the spare parts and consumables through Sarvatantra DeviceAMC Pvt. Ltd. to enable an win win sitituation for all the stakeholder, ie., end client of OEM & Device Manufacturer, Sarvatantra DeviceAMC Pvt. Ltd. Company and the OEM & the Device Manufacturing Company itself as well. For such type of servicing and support contract arrangement, the Sarvatantra DeviceAMC Pvt. Ltd. company works out special service contracts and under this agreement, it also trains its service engineers at the OEM or Device Manufacturing facility, so that a master trainer is created and further down the line, these master trainer then trains several of their new trainee service engineers across the districts and sub-districts of India to become the OEMs & Device Manufacturing company's certified service engineers.
In this type of service contract, the Sarvatantra DeviceAMC Pvt. Ltd. Company covers the servicing and maintenance of device(s) by not only repairing and servicing the device(s) of their end clients but also taking care for the replacement of L1 & L2 level spares free of cost in service tenure agreed between the Sarvatantra DeviceAMC Pvt. Ltd. company and the client of Sarvatantra DeviceAMC Pvt. Ltd.. However, for the L3 level spares replacements, these are defined in the agreement to be charged on mutual consent before signing the AMC Agreement. The tenure of this "Comprehensive AMC Agreement" can be for a minimum period of One year or to the maximum period of 5 years or to the terms of expriry of device life cycle designated by the OEM or Manufacturer of device. This also can be worked on the depreciation of the device worked out and evalauetde mutually with the client, before siging of the agreement.
In this type of service contract, the Sarvatantra DeviceAMC Pvt. Ltd. Company cover the servicing and maintenance of your contracted device(s) only and for any replacement of either L1, or L2 or L3 level spares, while the servicing is being carried out, the Sarvatantra DeviceAMC Pvt. Ltd. Company will charge additionally for the replacements along with the regular charge that they charge for servicing of the device for the tenure of the agreement.. The tenure of this Comprehensive AMC Agreement can be for a minimum period of One year or to the maximum 5 years and in many cases this may range up to the life cycle of the Device as is designated or approved by the OEM or Device Manufacturer or this can be evalauerd through depreciation evaluation workout mutually agreed between the client and Sarvatantra DeviceAMC Pvt. Ltd. company.
