The Sarvatantra DeviceAMC Pvt. Ltd. company services its contracted clients through a highly-organized channel of Service Centers & its Accredited Certified Service Engineers. This network has spread its wings across all Indian all states and cities with following types of Franchisee Partners

Platinum Service Partners (PSP)

These are Zonal Incharge Partners spread across India with at least 3 to 10 Districts under them. They have a state of an art training centre along with a servicing station that caters to at least one district, which is preferably their headquartered base city, where the PSP works from. The PSP maintains a team of highly trained and experience faculty cum service engineers, who not only take service contracts on behalf of Sarvatantra DeviceAMC Pvt. Ltd. company within its authorised jurisdiction, but also performs the job-work of churning out certified service engineers for contracted OEMs & Device Manufacturers. The PSP not only maintains a healthy inventory of spares and consumables with them for their customers within their jurisdictional Service Partners working under them ( Like Gold & Silver Serviec Partners), but it also ensures to distribute the same to them.

Gold Service Partner (GSP)

These are District Incharge Partners spread across India with almost all the Sub-Districts (talukas / taluk / tehsils) handling partners like Silver Service Partners(SSP) operating under them. GSP has a Level-2 (L2) Service Center Facility with an optional L2 Training Centre that caters to its own District and the needs of SSP which works under its control.. The GSP maintains a team of trained and experience faculty cum service engineers, who not only take service contracts on behalf of Sarvatantra DeviceAMC Pvt. Ltd. & PSP within its authorised jurisdiction, but also performs the job-work of churning out certified service engineers for contracted OEMs & Device Manufacturers. The GSP also maintains a healthy inventory of spares and consumables for their customers that work within their district jurisdictions and the sub-districts that come under their control.

Silver Service Partner (SSP)

These are Sub-District Incharge Partners and cover a very limited but a very remote based last mile reach. It is therefore considered as a very important partner. The SSP has a Level-1 (L1) Facility Service Centre either being operated from a small office location or within a customer’s premises that could either be a factory, industry, office space or a government office location, where devices are sub-contracted with Sarvatantra DeviceAMC Pvt. Ltd.’s company's SSP. The SSP maintains a team of trained and experience faculty cum service engineers, along with appropriate inventory of spares and consumables to cater for supporting and maintaining the customer’s contract servicing.
